Beef sashimi is a delicacy that not everyone can enjoy. However, if you like your steak blue or somewhat raw, this will be just right for you. With minimal preparation involved and made only from the freshest ingredients, beef sashimi makes a perfect summer appetizer.
Ingredients:
Place the meat in the freezer as soon as you get it for about an hour. Cut the piece into small, thin pieces.
Squeeze 1-2 limes or lemons on top of the beef. You will notice that it will start turning dark. The acid in lemon juice is actually "cooking" the meat at this point.
